If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in the same condition as received — unused and undamaged.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
- The refund will be sent to the same payment method used at checkout.
Exceptions:
- Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
